Mission
To promote the Arabic language and the cultures of the Arabic-speaking world
To encourage individuals to learn and become involved with Arabic both as students in Arabic courses here on campus as well as outside of class like through studying abroad or interacting with other Arabic speakers elsewhere
To foster a safe & welcoming environment for people to learn more about the traditional and cultural backgrounds of the Arabic language, as well as methods on how they can gain more insight and knowledge of the Arabic language
To cultivate a greater understanding of the Arabic language and the cultural backgrounds of the Arabic-speaking world among the University of Arizona and greater Tucson communities
