To provide an opportunity for fellow students to meet, educate others and discuss the processes involved in brewing and fermenting. To allow a forum for the discussion of the techniques, equipment and recipes used specifically related to the brewing of craft beers, ciders, kombucha, wines, and mead. And, to produce a fellowship among students and faculty.
