About
The University of Arizona Powerlifting Club is an all-inclusive club established to build a community comprised of students, faculty, and staff interested in the sport of powerlifting. We are devoted to learning and developing proper technique for the compound lifts practiced in the sport of powerlifting; specifically, the squat, bench, and deadlift. No experience or competition desire is required, however our goal is to provide an opportunity for members to compete in the sport regardless of federation. Further, we will provide the opportunity to travel across the southwest to compete against other lifters obtaining local, state, and national rankings.
