Gear Labs for Future Engineers is a student-driven Research and Development (R&D) lab dedicated to building hireable engineers. We teach students to design, prototype, and improve real engineering systems from scratch. Guided by our principle ‘If it works, we can make it better,’ we help members develop portfolio-ready projects, industry-relevant skills, and the mindset of innovation that defines great engineers.
