To create an opportunity for black undergraduate and graduate chemists/chemical engineers to network and share knowledge.
To promote mentorship among black undergraduate and graduate chemists/chemical engineers.
To advocate and assist in the increased recruitment and retention of black undergraduate and graduate chemists/chemical engineers at the University of Arizona.
To promote the professional development of black undergraduate and graduate chemists/chemical engineers through seminars, workshops, conferences, and community outreach
