1. To enable, through high-altitude ballooning, easy access to the stratosphere for scientific investigations, engineering projects, or other activities which could benefit from flight at high altitudes. 2. To provide club members with learning opportunities and experience in high-altitude ballooning and in other disciplines within the fields of science, technology, art, engineering, and mathematics.
