About Us
The Economics Student Association (ESA) is a student-run organization at the University of Arizona, merged from the foundation of Eller Economics Society and Woman in Economics Club. ESA is dedicated to building an inclusive, high-performing economics community that connects students to each other, develops their academic and professional capabilities, and provides access to elite opportunities in economics, policy, and finance. ESA organizes its mission around three core pillars: Connect — fostering a vibrant, inclusive community where economics students build meaningful relationships with peers, faculty, and professionals. Grow — providing structured academic support, professional development programming, and leadership opportunities that prepare students for long-term success. Access — creating pathways to elite academic recognition, professional networks, and external programs that extend beyond the classroom.
