About Us
The Arizona Mediation Team offers students a new way to look at the law and teaches students about effective communication in business and personal relationships. Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution and demonstrates how conflicts can be handled with the assistance of an impartial third party. Through the Arizona Mediation Team, students will learn to compete as mediators, clients, and advocates in mediation tournaments sponsored by the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) and work on public-speaking and problem-solving skills to come to written agreements.
