Crisis Resources

Crisis helplines are here to help as soon as you feel that you or a friend are in a crisis. Trauma, depression, substance abuse, difficulties with family and relationships, and high stress are all valid reasons to reach out. You should never feel your problem is too small or insignificant.

What happens when you reach out to a crisis line?

If you or someone you know are in immediate physical danger, call 911 or go to the emergency room.
