About Us

BMES is the national professional organization for biomedical engineers and bioengineers and has over 7,000 members, which consist of undergraduate and graduate students, professors, researchers, and industry professionals. The University of Arizona student chapter of BMES is a community of undergraduate and graduate students studying biomedical engineering. The BMES chapter puts on many network and professional development events, including resume reviews and graduate school, industry, and research panels. Additionally, the UA chapter is committed to community service.
