It provides opportunities for self-development, community service, and connects members with employers, serving as a respected credential in the business world.

How can I join?

First, join ASA. Then meet the following requirements:

5 Professional Points

Attend at least 5 meetings

2 Social Points

Attend at least 2 of our socials

2 Service Points

Volunteer at least twice with our club

2 Internal Points

Proctor at least 2 ACCT 200 or 210 exams
If you are currently a preceptor or in ACCT 200 or 210, you do not need to proctor.

1 Flex Point

This point is optional and can be obtained by attending an extra event in any of the previous categories. By doing so, you earn one point that can be "flexed" and used only once to apply to another category.

GPA Requirements

3.0 overall GPA | 3.0 Cumulative GPA in accounting courses | 3.25 Cumulative GPA in the Last 30 Credit Hours of Coursework
